| FLAYBRICK WATER TOWER Bidstons Flaybrick water tower is a perfect example of Victorian Architecture. The tower has been out of use for a while now and has been the subject of debate for many years. Developers have proposed plans to convert the tower into luxury flats, and phone masts have been attached. The planning for flats was eventually turned down but there seems to be an ongoing threat to this beautiful part of our heritage.
